What if I outlive my assets?  With the ever-rising costs of health care and longer life expectancies experienced by people who are active, outliving one’s assets can be a legitimate concern. But imagine the confidence that comes with knowing that you will never be forced to leave your home.

Lake Port Square’s Residency Contract for each apartment provides up to 360 days of basic room, board and care at no charge should a resident need to utilize skilled nursing at Lake Harris Health Center or assisted living at Lake Harris Inn. Plus, our Life Care contract guarantees that regardless of changes that may lie ahead, including an unforeseen depletion of your savings or investments, you won’t be forced to leave your home at Lake Port Square.
